If a ride is cancelled after the driver is en route, then a $1 per minute cancellation fee may be applied from the time the vehicle was en route, until the time of the cancellation.

A discretionary $1 per minute waiting time fee applies.

Airport Pickups have a 1 hour complimentary wait time.

 

If a ride cannot be started or completed at the expected time, then OHPEC is not liable for damages.

 

If a customer damages the vehicle then OHPEC reserves the right to charge the customer for repairing the damage.
