Prices include GST.

There are no surge, peak, holiday, per passenger, airport or flagfall fees.

An additional discretionary $1 per minute pickup waiting fee applies.

Prebooked rides must be booked at least 1 hour ahead.

Rides can be booked up to a month ahead via our app and several months ahead via our web booking page.

This can only be prebooked and has a $25 booking fee.

Charged at $2 per minute.

Rides between the Auckland CBD and Auckland Airport is a fixed $80. (see Note)

This can only be prebooked and has a $25 booking fee.

Charged at $1 per minute plus $1 per kilometre.

This is only available for hailed rides.

You state what you want to pay at the start or end of the ride.

For fixed Airport fare pricing, if no destination was entered when requesting the ride, then the standard rate applies.

This can result in a fare lower than the fixed fare, or more than the fixed fare, depending on traffic and route.

Choose the fixed price for certainty, and the standard rate if you want to take your chances.
